The "Remembering Friends" bench has been placed at the front of the Val Verde County Library in honor and memory of all of our group of "girls" who graduated from Del Rio High School in 1961. A memorial plaque is inside the library. It recognizes our friends who have died: Martha Brooks Clark, Jan Grannis Miller, Judy Love Kenesson and Cynthia Charlton Cole. Our own names will be added to the plaque as we join them.
