H. C. (Jack) Hill passed away June 11, 2009 at his home in Del Rio, Texas.
He was born September 21, 1917 in Del Rio, Texas to Carnell and Burness Dawson Hill. He was the oldest of six children, three boys and three girls.
He is survived by his daughters: Burnell and husband Craig Scott of Austin, TX and Judy and husband Jeffery Moorhead of San Antonio, TX; daughter-in-law: Ann Little of Corinth, TX; sons: Gerald L. and wife Julie Harper Hill of San Antonio, TX; Jim Bob and wife Mary Kerr Hill of Del Rio; sisters: Enid Tidwell of Del Rio,; “Dohdoh” and husband Frank Perkins of San Angelo, TX; Wanda and husband Kemp Anderson of New Jersey; brothers: Garland and wife Sue Hill of Del Rio and TL and wife Blanche Hill of Del Rio; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be on Saturday, 10:00A.M, June 13, 2009 at Westlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of usual remembrances donations may be made to Val Verde Hospice or Del Rio Gideon’s.
