Mamie Louise McNair, 96, passed away peacefully May 3, 2010 in Del Rio, Texas. She graduated from Del Rio in 1932. She was born October 23, 1913 in Del Rio, Texas to Emil and Christina Bochat and was a life long resident of Del Rio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, nine siblings and her husband James McNair in February 28, 1997. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and past Matron of the Del Rio Eastern Star Chapter 204.
She is survived by her son and wife: Bob and Brenda Nicholson; daughter and husband Ginger and Loren Mathis of Del Rio; stepdaughter and husband Sandra and Bob Cauthorn of San Antonio; and stepson and wife James Jr., and Cathy McNair of Alpine, Texas; also, she leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; including many nieces and nephews.
All who knew and loved her will certainly miss Mamie!
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, 11:00A.M, May 8, 2010 at the Masonic Cemetery, Del Rio, Texas with The Eastern Star Chapter 204 and Reverend Richard Young presiding.
