Mary Elizabeth Call Sanders, age 68, entered into rest October 12, 2007 in San Antonio. She was born on December 18, 1938 in Del Rio. She was preceded in death by her parents Eunice and Vernon Call.
Liz attended Del Rio schools and graduated from Del Rio High School in 1956. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1959 and, while at the University, was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She married her junior high school sweetheart, Joe Sanders, on June 18, 1959 and spent her life loving and giving to her family and numerous friends. She loved reunions with her "wildcat" classmates and having lunch with her many friends in Del Rio and San Antonio.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 48 years, Joe Sanders.
