Richard Cortinas age 62 entered into rest May 7, 2012 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born December 23, 1949 in Del Rio, Texas. Richard was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, friend and teacher. He was preceded in death by his parents Ricardo and Cledia Cortinas.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 40 years Leticia Cortinas, his Sons Ricky Cortinas and wife Tiffany, and Daniel Cortinas, his Daughter Julie Ann Lara and husband Robert, his Sister Elvira Benigno and husband Joe, Grandchildren: Simone Cortinas, Ricky Cortinas IV, Zoey Cortinas, Anthony Lara, and Jacob Lara. Always close at heart: Edmundo Ramon Jr., Luis Reginaldo Ramon, Eddie Ochoa Jr., and Santiago Guerra. Numerous family members who will truly miss him.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2012 10:00am, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Entombment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
