My sympathies and prayers go out to the Watkins family. You are a part of my Del Rio memories, no matter how many years have gone by!  Bobby was my sister's first boy friend. He was a sweet kid, so lanky and tall, standing there beside my little sis. Buster almost always found time with his milk deliveries to have a morning cupper with my parents. Peggy was a sweetheart, so loving to us when our Mama and Daddy died too soon. When Daddy was in the hosptial, Bonnie was very kind to us. Rusty and Jerry ran together sometimes on the ol' S. P.  And Shirley and I had a great time being Pink Ladies together at the hospital. I remember one particular time outside the ICU when we prayed with a woman whose mother was not expected to live. We prayed for her, and helped her cry.

I hope my love for all you guys and a few memories shared here will help you cry.

God bless you all.   ~charlene (Reams Manning)
