Sitta Wardlaw Rowe was born September 10, 1932 in Del Rio, Texas, to Newt Jasper Wardlaw and Willie Alice Mapes Wardlaw. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother "Moo" was called home to be with the Lord on March 12, 2019 in Boerne, Texas at the age of 86.
