To All Alumni of Del Rio High School:
Plans are in the works for all class reunion party to be held at the home of Steve Braunstein ('68) and Mary Pat Murray Braunstein ('67) near Wimberley on Saturday, November 13, 2010.
Many from among over 100 who attended a similar event there in the spring of '09 have been encouraging a repeat of the fun.
Keep in mind that none of us are getting any younger. Each year that passes now causes our numbers to dwindle and lessens the number of opportunities we may have to reunite with old friends.
To try to make this event even more fun than the last one, they are planning a BBQ reminiscent of some of the old DR traditions complete with fried pies and live music into the moonlight hours.
They are planning to use Evite or a similar website to send an invitation in October with all details about the event, time, activities, location, directions, suggestions re: overnight lodging (if needed), and a means for everyone to RSVP and track all of the responses.
