The word ‘encomiums’ comes to mind after viewing the DVD – a heartfelt production by Margaret (Weatherman) Clem, Class of 1965. It was Margaret’s passion, and free time that created this astounding DVD of memories. Additionally it is her desire to help build cash reserves for future Wildcat events, which has been lacking.
There are several hundred old photos from the 1920’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. In addition there are several hundred photos from the October 2009 Reunion, some of which have been posted here under the title “Photo Caption Contest”. At this time only a 100 DVD’s have been produced so get your copy while they are still available.
Although this DVD is probably the best, and the only fairly complete history of our Del Rio High during the time of the Wildcats – sales have been lagging and we are dismayed as to “why”. This production may be viewed on a DVD player and/or a computer.
