Robert Elliott Sayer went home to be with our heavenly father on Friday, January 10, 2014. He was born November 2, 1937 in Del Rio, TX. He lived most of his life in Del Rio the town he loved, until recently when he moved to Rockwall, TX.
Robert was a life long member of First Baptist Church in Del Rio. He loved to read about history, play chess, gaze at the stars and study astronomy. Robert worked at the Post Office for 38 years before retiring and he served in the Air Force. He was a kind loving husband, father and grandfather.
Robert is survived by his wife, Yolanda , his two daughters, Lora Ybarra, Sharon Salowski and son in law Dan Salowski. Robert has three grandson’s Chris and Joe Ybarra and Garrett Salowski.
